Immigration Attorney

Erinaldy began his studies at the University of Puerto Rico but quickly found his true calling in the legal realm. He pursued a Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. He later joined its Law School, contributing notably to the Puerto Rican Law Review. After being admitted to the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico in 2009, he started his legal practice in Canovanas and Cayey. In 2015, Erinaldy relocated to Texas. While still engaged with Puerto Rican cases, he firmly established his practice in San Antonio, specializing in immigration. Specifically, his focus lies in detainee defense, covering bond hearings, credible fear interviews, and custody proceedings at the immigration court. His practice also extends to cities such as Austin, Laredo, Orlando (FL), and Cincinnati (OH).
